Conceptualisation
- Mapping the full candidate lifecycle (registration → certification → placement)
- Stakeholder role definition across the skilling ecosystem
- Alignment to national/international skill qualification frameworks

KFP-SDPM, branded "Adiswayam" (aadiswayam.in), is a comprehensive digital ecosystem built for the Tribal Research and Training Institute (TRTI), Pune to run its placement-linked skill development program for tribal youth across Maharashtra. The portal acts as a one-stop solution covering the full journey — candidate registration, training, assessment, and final placement — supporting over 90 courses across multiple sectors and a network of training partners spanning nearly every tribal-dominated district in the state. It connects every stakeholder — candidates, training centers, assessors, employers, and government departments — and integrates a full Learning Management System (LMS), online examinations, eContent provisioning, financial management, and multi-level dashboards into a single, scalable platform.

Candidates, centers, assessors, and employers operated across disconnected systems with no unified tracking.
CManual processes made it hard to track training, assessments, placements, and fund utilization in real time.
Learners needed multilingual, self-paced, evidence-based learning with portability across batches and centers.
Online enrolment, progress tracking from registration to placement, certificate upload/download, dropout rejoining, and batch/center portability.
Multilingual multimedia content, continuous assessment, secured online/offline exams with video/screen evidence capture, hall tickets, and analytics.
Assessor onboarding, result processing, DigiLocker-integrated certificates, employer verification, job posting, and post-placement tracking.
Payment gateway/NEFT integration, automated invoicing and tax compliance, utilization certificates, and dashboards at block/district/state levels.
Certified providers, dual-language course materials, and printed study materials delivered to district headquarters.
The Adiswayam portal supports 90+ courses across multiple sectors, delivered through a network of training partners covering nearly every tribal-dominated district in Maharashtra.
A single platform replaced fragmented tools across the full skilling lifecycle — registration, training, assessment, and placement.
Comprehensive MIS and dashboards enabled program oversight and course correction.
Improved employer engagement and placement tracking for tribal youth.
