EncureIT Built a Subscription-Based Alert Engine That Notifies Citizens of Government Notices on Adjacent Land

The Notification Portal lets citizens subscribe to land survey numbers and automatically receive alerts via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp whenever a government department issues a notice affecting adjacent survey numbers. Accessible through both web and mobile apps, it closes a critical information gap in land administration — ensuring landowners never miss a notice that could affect their property.
